In my Leases I have a clause where the tenant agrees that I can share with other people if they don’t leave the apartment in the same condition compared to when they entered into it. The exact quote is as follows: “Tenant(s) give their permission to the landlord to post online the videos and pictures of the apartment the way they left it in case it is not left in the same condition when they moved in (wear and tear excepted) along with the names, face pictures and dates of birth of the Tenant(s).”
