30-day Notice to Quit with Offer to Establish New Tenancy


Dear «Tenant»:
I am terminating your tenancy as of the end of that month of your tenancy that begins next after your receipt of this notice. If you wish to remain in good standing, I hereby offer you a new year-to-year tenancy at a monthly rent of $AMOUNT per month starting September 1st, 2015.

Any payments that you make after you receive this notice and if new tenancy not accepted will be accepted for use and occupancy only and acceptance of any payments will not create new tenancy with you.

You will find enclosed two copies of your new Agreement. Please keep one for your records, sign and return the other one to me before September 1st, 2015. Please don’t forget to initial every page.
