I wouldn’t rent to this person. He was a tenant of mine in Gardner. The lease said no one else would live there and there will be only one dog. For two years I saw his father in the apartment and at the end I saw two dogs not one. Plus he left without paying for his water usage ($362) even though he knew for weeks, did not pay for the past two months which forced me to apply the Security Deposit to one of those months which tied up my hands and deprived me of the option to apply the Security Deposit for any damages. And in addition he waited until the last moment to leave, he left on the 1st when he knew long ago that a new tenant will be moving in on the 1st, he left me pretty much no time to change locks, inspect, clean, take pics, video etc. So I am giving him a negative recommendation.
